Brass Machining

An alloy made from copper and zinc, for applications where low friction is required such as locks, gears, bearings, doorknobs, ammunition casings and valves, plumbing and electrical applications.

Ceramics Machining

A hard baked material, typically used in high-temperature applications. Ceramics is difficult to machine, requiring diamond coated tooling.

Copper Machining

Typically used in high-temperature applications. Because of work hardening, this metal is very difficult to machine by traditional means.

Titanium Machining

Ti-6AI- 4V – The most common titanium alloy. It is very resistant to corrosion and extreme temperatures. Superior tensile strength and toughness. Highly used by the military, aircraft, spacecraft, and in medical applications.

Inconel^® Machining

Typically used in high-temperature applications. Because of work hardening, this metal is very difficult to machine by traditional means.
